What are custom agentic workflows?
An engineering service. LumisReach engineers build AI agents for a specific back-office process, such as order entry, deductions, freight audit or the month-end close, and connect them to the systems you already run. The agent reads, checks, acts and asks a person when it is unsure.
Which back-office workflows do you automate for CPG brands?
Most often wholesale order-to-cash (EDI 850 to 810), planning and purchasing, shipment exceptions and OTIF fines, freight and 3PL billing audits, month-end close and reconciliation, and AP and AR including retailer deductions.
Do we have to replace our ERP or EDI provider?
No. We work with NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks and others through their APIs, and with SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce or Orderful for EDI. Where a portal has no API, we automate the browser as a last resort.
How long does a build take?
Scoping takes three days. Within two weeks it runs on your own data in shadow mode, and it is turned on with a human review queue once you have seen it agree with your team.
How do you keep an agent from making a costly mistake?
Anything that moves money runs on deterministic rules with approval limits, never on the model's judgement alone. Below your confidence threshold, work goes to a person. Every action is logged with its source and its approver.
Who maintains it after launch?
We do. The team that built it keeps it running and tunes it on real results. It is documented and yours, so you can take it in-house whenever you want.
